What this is
AI Tutor Math (aitutormath.com) is AI-powered math tutoring software. You paste in a problem; the software teaches you how to solve it, step by step. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission — and it should be the parent who subscribes and pays.
Free tier and membership
- The step-by-step tutoring is free — no account needed. (A generous daily limit exists to keep the service healthy for everyone.)
- A free account (email only) lets the tutor remember your sessions.
- The optional memory membership is $9.99 per month, billed by Stripe until you cancel: deeper memory of your student, personalized practice, and session recaps for parents.
- Cancel anytime using the link in any Stripe receipt email. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for. No cancellation fees, no phone calls required.
- If we ever change the price, we'll email you first and the change only applies to future billing periods.
- Something wrong with a charge? Contact us through the form on the home page and we'll make it right — including a refund when that's the fair outcome.
What we promise — and what we don't
- We work hard to make the tutoring accurate and genuinely useful. But this is AI: it can occasionally make a mistake. Every solution shows its steps precisely so errors are visible and catchable.
- This is a study aid, not a school. We make no guarantees about grades, test scores, or admissions.
- The service is provided "as is." Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
- We may update, improve, or (with notice) discontinue the service. If we ever shut down, active subscribers get a pro-rated refund.
Fair use
- Use it to learn. Don't use it to cheat on live, proctored exams — beyond being against the rules of every school, it's against ours, and the tutor is built to refuse.
- One subscription is for one household's students. Please don't share your access with the whole grade.
- No scraping, reselling, or hammering the service with automated traffic.
Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change we'll post it here with a new date, and email subscribers when it affects billing or privacy. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
